- 1 ¾ cups of Gerti’s Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup gluten-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine Gerti’s Gluten-Free Flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas to the butter mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. If using, stir in the gluten-free chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
